About Us
Illumination Electric Services is a residential electrical company working throughout Leland and the surrounding areas. Houses are what we do. Not warehouses, not build-outs, not industrial contracts.
That focus is deliberate. Residential work has its own rhythm: older wiring, tighter access, odd layouts added on over decades, and a family living there while you work. None of it surprises us.
Thirteen Years of Residential Work
Thirteen years in homes around this area adds up to a lot of opened walls and a lot of panels that told a story. Wiring from four decades meeting in one junction box. Panels that were right in 1985 and badly undersized for the way the same house runs now.
Most of what that experience buys is accurate diagnosis, and knowing where to look saves hours.
A Small Team on Purpose
There are three of us. Small enough that nothing gets lost between the estimate and the work, and small enough that you will recognize the people who show up. We take on what we can do well rather than booking out six weeks.
Customer satisfaction is not a slogan on the wall here. With a team this size, every job either builds our reputation or damages it.
Our 2-Year Warranty
Every job carries a two-year warranty on both labor and materials. Plenty of electricians cover one or the other. Covering both means that if something is not right, it is our problem and not yours.
What You Can Expect
- A Plain-Language Explanation: We tell you what is wrong and what it takes to fix, without the vocabulary.
- Honest Prioritizing: If something can safely wait, we will say so. If it genuinely cannot, we will say that too.
- Respect for the House: Work areas covered, mess cleaned up, and the place left the way we found it.
